ISSUE: Right shoulder subluxation
SOLUTION: After John’s agent Myles Shoda requested a consultation with Chris, Chris did a three-day, two-hour evaluation and manual flexibility services program with John.
RESULT: Career threatening surgery was prevented, and John was able to sign a new multi year contract. He finished his career as a 2015 HOF Pitcher. John continues to seek Chris’ flexibility and consultation in his retirement.
Randy Moss
Wide Receiver | Minnesota Vikings | 1999 - Current
ISSUE: Lower back pain and discomfort (trouble sitting), sidelined indefinitely
SOLUTION: At the recommendation of Cris Carter, Randy went through a two-day, one-hour manual flexibility services program with (CVT).
RESULT: The pain and discomfort in Randy’s lower back was eliminated completely. Randy was able to return to his pre season training and conditioning program to prepare for the 2001 season.
Karrie Webb
Hall of Fame Golfer | 1998 - Current
ISSUE: Chronic neck pain and decreased mobility
SOLUTION: A peer on the LPGA tour referred Karrie to Chris. After a one-hour consultation, Chris performed a three-day, one-hour flexibility services program for Karrie.
RESULT: Karrie’s neck pain was relieved. Mobility was restored to normal, and swing path was enabled to achieve peak performance levels. Since seeing Chris, Karrie has qualified for the LPGA Hall of Fame as the youngest player ever and has won all four major LPGA tournaments.
Cris Carter
Hall of Fame Wide Receiver | Minnesota Vikings | 1999 - Current
ISSUE: Muscular performance analysis
SOLUTION: After being referred by his agent Mitch Frankl, Cris went through a 45 minute manual stretching program revealing a locked dominant right hip joint. The right hip issue was resolved and Cris was educated on how to prevent recurrence.
RESULT: Cris was able to run faster in his 15th NFL season then his 1st.

Hall of Fame Golfer | 1993 – Current
ISSUE: Right knee tendonitis, inflexible back swing (could not make physical fundamental swing adjustments)
SOLUTION: At the recommendation of David Leadbetter, Nick saw Chris for a one-hour evaluation. Chris then performed three, one-hour flexibility services programs.
RESULT: Nick’s right knee tendonitis and pain was relieved. Increased body flexibility was corrected and Nick was able to make the fundamental swing changes David requested.
Joe Montana
Hall of Fame Quarterback | Kansas City Chiefs | 1993
ISSUE: Recurring hamstring injury
SOLUTION: Chris, at the request of Joe’s agent, Peter Johnson of IMG, flew to Kansas City to meet with Joe. After a two-hour discussion and professional consultation Chris proposed a three-day manual flexibility services program. Day one consisted of one, one-hour manual flexibility session. Day two consisted of two, one-hour manual flexibility sessions and day three consisted of a follow up evaluation and final flexibility session.
RESULT: After a follow up consultation and flexibility session two weeks later, Joe was able to play several weeks earlier than expected and the injury did not recur during the rest of his career.
Ivan Lendl
Hall of Fame Tennis Player | 1993
ISSUE: Chronic groin pain and discomfort (Ivan suffered from intense pain and injury for approximately 18 months. Ivan sought help on a worldwide scale to no avail)
SOLUTION: Ivan’s agents, Warren Bosworth and Peter Johnson referred Ivan to Chris. Chris traveled to Ivan’s home in Greenwich Connecticut to do a one-hour evaluation. Based on his findings, Chris performed two, one-hour flexibility services programs with Ivan.
RESULT: Ivan’s groin pain and discomfort was completely resolved in a two-day time frame. One week later, Ivan had his first final round appearance in several months. Ivan’s groin injury has never recurred.
Tom Glavine
Hall of Fame Pitcher | Atlanta Braves | 1993
ISSUE: Partial tear of the left rotator cuff
SOLUTION: After the recommendation of John Smoltz, Chris and Tom did a one-hour consultation. The consultation was followed by two, one-hour flexibility services programs.
RESULT: Prevented orthopedic pre determined career threatening surgery. Helped increase Tom’s fastball approximately three to five miles per hour.
Arnold Palmer
Hall of Fame Golfer | 1995 - 1997
ISSUE: Right hip and body inflexibility
SOLUTION: At the request of IMG, Chris met Arnold at Arnold’s home in Orlando. After a one-hour evaluation, Chris performed a three-day, one-hour flexibility services program.
RESULT: Arnold’s hip pain and inflexibility was relieved. Arnold commented to the Golf Channel Board of Directors, “ I have just been worked out by a man that will be very famous for his services one day.”
Mike Gminski
Center | Charlotte Hornets | 1994
ISSUE: Chronic lower back pain and discomfort
SOLUTION: At the recommendation of Peter Johnson, Chris traveled to Mike’s home to do an on site evaluation. After a one-hour evaluation and consultation, Chris performed three, one-hour flexibility services programs.
RESULT: Relieved lower back pain completely. Mike commented after the game “Chris that is the best game I have had all season. Typically I would have played garbage minutes, tonight I played so well early that I was able to shut down Patrick (Ewing) all night”.
Sean Burke
Goalie | Hartford Whalers | 1993 - 1994
ISSUE: Chronic hamstring strain (11 week injury)
SOLUTION: Chris was retained directly by Richard Gordon, team owner, to evaluate Sean directly. After a one-hour consultation and full physical history review, Chris performed three, one-hour flexibility services programs for Sean.
RESULT: By correcting Sean’s chronic ankle imbalance, Chris was able to increase flexibility and mobility in Sean’s hamstrings. Sean returned to action one week later and performed two shut out performances. Sean’s prior shut out performance was two years prior to his ankle injury.
